Teresa is a veteran in the real estate world. She graduated in 1987 with a degree in Marketing and Sales and holds a real estate license. While she’s been in real estate since 1998, she has been negotiating short sales for four years. She is a no-nonsense, facts-based negotiator who gets the job done by arguing a repetitive presentation of facts and valid points.
