1. Why did you choose to do business with Kara Homes & Associates? Received a flyer indicating experience with short sales.
2. Did you feel like Michael Kara and his team made it as easy as possible for you to complete and return documents required for your short sale? Were the documents easy to understand and easy to complete? Why or why not? The process was easy. I had no issues understanding what was needed and when I did, they explained it perfectly.
3. How do you feel about the level of communication that you received while working with Kara Homes? Excellent communication. Never felt abandoned. Always quick and courteous replies.
4. Does it seem that Michael Kara and his team are knowledgeable and experienced with real estate and short sales? Can you give an example? Very knowledgable. They were always able to explain the next steps perfectly.
5. Do you believe that your short sale was handled in a diligent and timely manner? Why or why not? From the point of view of Michael Kara and his team yes; the banks were no very cooperative though.
6. Were Michael and his team available when you had questions? Were they easy to communicate with? Can you give an example? His team was always available. We communicated via all mediums: phone, email, chat and fax and replies were always timely.
7. Were you pleased with the end result of working with Kara Homes? Why or why not? I was please that we got the short sale done but the banks made it difficult to complete and the payment was higher than expected for our loans to be released.
8. What do you think Kara Homes is the BEST at, and why? They are experts on short sale process and dealing with all banks to reach an agreement.
9. What do you think Kara Homes NEEDS IMPROVEMENT on, and why? Nothing that I can think of at this time.
