1. Why did you choose to do business with Kara Homes & Associates? I was refered to Kara Homes & Associates by a bank employee who had used them for her own short sale.
2. Did you feel like Michael Kara and his team made it as easy as possible for you to complete and return documents required for your short sale? Were the documents easy to understand and easy to complete? Why or why not? The Team at Kara Homes made it extremely easy to complete and return documents - they used email or phone, whichever method was the best for me. Documents were fairly straightforward and when I did have any questions about documents, verbiage, etc, my questions were answered immediately and patiently.
3. How do you feel about the level of communication that you received while working with Kara Homes? The level of communication with the staff of Kara Homes was top notch - I always knew the status of my paperwork and questions were always answered thoroughly.
4. Does it seem that Michael Kara and his team are knowledgeable and experienced with real estate and short sales? Can you give an example? The Team at Kara Homes is very knowledgeable and were able to "translate" even the most confusing legal policies and paragraphs in the paperwork. They were always able to predict the next step from the bank and anything I might need to do next.
5. Do you believe that your short sale was handled in a diligent and timely manner? Why or why not? My short sale was complete much more quickly than my friends who are working through other agents.
6. Were Michael and his team available when you had questions? Were they easy to communicate with? Can you give an example? Michael and his team were always available to answer questions, even later in the evening via emails. They were always friendly and patient, obviously understanding that this is a very difficult process for the average homeowner.
7. Were you pleased with the end result of working with Kara Homes? Why or why not? I was very pleased with the result of working with Kara Homes. My short sale was completed quickly, with minimal stress, and the best financial outcome I could have hoped for.
8. What do you think Kara Homes is the BEST at, and why? A short sale is a difficult and emotional experience but with Kara Homes it was made much easier with the friendly staff, occasional jokes, patient responses and their knowledge of the entire process.
9. What do you think Kara Homes NEEDS IMPROVEMENT on, and why? I can't think of anything!
