1. Why did you choose to do business with Kara Homes & Associates?
I knew short sale was the best way for me to sell my large house that was upside down and Michael Kara was recommended as the specialist in short sales.
2. Did you feel like Michael Kara and his team made it as easy as possible for you to complete and return documents required for your short sale? Were the documents easy to understand and easy to complete? Why or why not?
Kara Homes office was on the other side of town but we worked together to make sure all the documents were turned in via drop off, fax, e-mail etc. Documents were easy to understand or I had help from the Kara team if I didn't understand anything.
3. How do you feel about the level of communication that you received while working with Kara Homes?
We received updates on any changes often, Kara Homes team was always good about returning my phone calls.
4. Does it seem that Michael Kara and his team are knowledgeable and experienced with real estate and short sales? Can you give an example?
Michael Kara was recommended as the best and that's why I traveled across town to deal with his team.
5. Do you believe that your short sale was handled in a diligent and timely manner? Why or why not?
Seemed like we showed the house to over 40 families and I thought as nice as our house looked and the price we were giving it away for I thought it would sell faster. Most of the realtors who showed the house told us they loved the house but never let us know why they didn't put a contract on it.
6. Were Michael and his team available when you had questions? Were they easy to communicate with? Can you give an example?
Michael, Brittany, Jackie, and Pati gave us a great experience throughout the short sale!! We met with Michael in his office and I felt he definately knows his business and impressed me with his knowledge, Brittany always was there with a smile and helpful friendly voice when we needed her, Pati never gave up when my very selective wife was looking for the perfect replacement rental, and Jackie supported us to the end and helped us pass the inspections and close without a flaw!!
7. Were you pleased with the end result of working with Kara Homes? Why or why not?
I am walking away happy I accomplished what I attended on doing with the support from Kara Homes. I am sad I lost all my equity in my home but hope someday soon I can get Michael Kara's team to help me find a home I can retire in.
8. What do you think Kara Homes is the BEST at, and why?
Selling and closing short sales!!
9. What do you think Kara Homes NEEDS IMPROVEMENT on, and why?
No improvements needed, enjoyed the experience!!
