2. Did you feel like Michael Kara and his team made it as easy as possible for you to complete and return documents required for your short sale? Were the documents easy to understand and easy to complete? Why or why not?
Yes definitely, their help made a difference on making the process very clear and easy to follow and execute
3. How do you feel about the level of communication that you received while working with Kara Homes?
It was great. Thee were always on top and I did not have to call them for follow ups. They always caled me first
4. Does it seem that Michael Kara and his team are knowledgeable and experienced with real estate and short sales? Can you give an example?
They are the best they can be on the real state business and short sale process. All the team is knowledgebale and always ready to support you with any questions and/or clarifications

Yes, definitely it was executed in less than 90 days and everything went perfect.

Yes, they wee always available, even after hours and weekends. I always eceived a call back toanswer my questions.

Yes I am very please and I will recomend him to any of my friends that decide to do a short sale.
