We've noticed something important about business reviews on websites such as Google and Yelp: they require the person leaving the review to identify themselves. It's understandable, because this provides some kind of proof that the person writing the review is human, and not just a robotic positive-reviewer hired by the company being reviewed. However, this is tough for us being in the short sale business, because most of the people we help have had some kind of financial hardship, and they do not want that to be public knowledge.
So, we began collecting our own feedback forms from our clients and posting them here. Whether the review is good, bad, or indifferent, we want you to know what Kara Homes & Associates is all about.
Keep in mind as you read these client reviews that they are completely unedited. We simply copied and pasted them here.
